The Haas Waikato Executive Leadership Programme is a partnership between the Haas School of Business, University of California Berkeley, and Waikato Management School, University of Waikato. This 2012 three-day programme at Queenstown's exclusive Millbrook Resort is directed at top business executives in New Zealand.
Today's leadership challenge is described by the 2012 Davos World Economic Forum as "requiring new models, bold ideas and personal courage to ensure that this century improves the human condition rather than capping its potential." Leaders must apply a unique blend of technical and behavioural skills to foster an environment which embraces creativity and innovation while respecting all stakeholders.
Our Haas Waikato programme is built on the best leadership practices as applied to the New Zealand context. Two leading professors from Harvard Business School and Haas School of Business will facilitate interactive daytime sessions using case studies drawn from experience, simulations and self-reflection. Keynote presentations by prominent New Zealand leaders will challenge thinking and behaviour.
